visit! After your referred guest has received their service/s, a certificate
of $10–$20 will be sent to you in return. You will be entitled
to a $10–$20 reward certificate for each and every new referred
guest who comes in for a visit.
What discount will we receive?
RECEIVE $10 for services of $50 or more.
RECEIVE $20 for services of $100 or more.
Have your referred guest bring the completed
form in with them at the time of their service to receive their
discount.
All sections on form must be filled out completely and brought with
you at the time of your service. One certificate per new guest. Not
valid on gift cards or any other offer. No cash value. May not be combined
with other promotions or offers.
