POLICIES Appointments Appointments are required for salon services. Walk-ins are alsowelcome and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, Guest Services will do everything possible to accommodate your wishes. This could result in rescheduling the appointment for another date/time or enabling you to see another service provider. Three cancelled or no-show appointments in a row may require a credit card to secure future appointments. 7 Day Guarantee If for any reason you are unsatisfied with services received at Verde Salon, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We will be happy to address any concern that you may have. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are non-refundable and prices are only guaranteed within one year of purchase. Payments Verde Salon gladly accepts cash, checks with proper ID, Visa,MasterCard, Discover , American Express, Collingswood Cash and SpaFinder Gift cards. Please note check cards will automatically be used as debit cards. Gratuities cannot be put onto credit or debit card purchases. There is an ATM within walking distance to the salon at the Sun Bank and Wawa on Haddon Avenue. Check-In Policy Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. All appointments are scheduled with the estimated service time in mind. If you know you will need more time, please let us know. This will allow you to relax and enjoy your time with us. Tipping Many times our guests ask who, and how much, should I tip? Tipping is left to the discretion of our Guest. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card. The following can be used as guidelines. Good service: 15% of the total bill Exceptional service: 20% of the total bill Shampoo: $3 and up. Children Children are welcome for services, but for safety reasons children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times. Verde is not a child-proofed area and employees cannot supervise children during your appointment. Services performed on children under the age of 18 require signed parental consent before service is to be completed. Privacy Policy Our highest commitment to you is your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information. We value and respect our Guests’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations & communications from us. We will strive to deliver a valuable service that offers you – our valued member -- the highest quality, value and convenience. Email List Opt-Out Policy Each of our email communications should contain a clearly identified unsubscribe option. This option enables you to remove yourself from our email newsletters. If, at any point, you inform us that you no longer want to receive all or some email communications from Verde Salon, we will remove you from our email invitation lists as soon as possible – but in no event later 2-3 business days after your request. In addition to the above safeguards, we will NOT sell or convey your email address to a 3rd party without your permission. Level System All services are priced according to the level of experience and education of the selected stylist. Our level system allows guests the opportunity to review factors of experience, education and availability in order to decide which stylist is right for you. It also allows the stylists appropriate compensation for their hard work, talent and offers an opportunity to grow professionally. Weddings and Special Events Our salon offers on and off-site event services. A consultation is required prior to booking an appointment for wedding, special events and up-dos. A trial run appointment may be required for the bride. A contracted service agreement and terms are required for on and off-site events.
